INTRODUCTION

YOUR GATEWAY TO MARTIAL ARTS EXCELLENCE

The Mixed Martial Arts Sports Association (MMASA) is the officially recognized governing body for MMA in Thailand, established on August 3, 2024, following the sport’s legal recognition by the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) in June 2024. MMASA was created to provide a structured, professional framework for the growth and regulation of MMA in the country, ensuring that the sport develops responsibly and sustainably.

MMASA is committed to setting and enforcing high standards for training, safety, and competition while creating pathways for Thai athletes to compete on the global stage. As a democratic organization, MMASA welcomes the participation of athletes, coaches, gyms, and event organizers, working collaboratively to build a thriving MMA community in Thailand.

Our mission is to not only regulate and promote MMA but to foster unity within the community, offering opportunities for athletes and professionals to elevate their skills and achieve success on an international level.
